12:00pm-1:30pm: Welcome lunch at Nelson’s 

1:40-2:20pm: Helicopter riders meet at the Pointe Discovery Activity Center on the Front Driveway and head to the airport

1:45-2:00pm: Golfers meet at the Pointe Discovery Activity Center on the Front Driveway

2:15pm: Kayakers meet at the Pointe Discovery Activity Center on the Front Driveway

(Meet up time for activities is dependent on assigned time slots)

6:00pm-8:00pm: Dinner at Solviva

Wednesday October 16, 2019

7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast Buffet on the Crystal Cove Terrace

8:30am-8:40am: Opening message with AUDIOVISIONS CEO and President Mark Hoffenberg in the Crystal Cove Room

8:40am-9:35am: Lutron’s Luxury Vision with Lutron Vice President of Residential Solutions David Weinstein 

9:35am-9:50am: Break

9:50am-10:15am: Josh.ai Presentation

10:15-10:40am: Sonance Presentation

10:40am-10:55am: Break

10:55am-11:40am: Split the group into two; one group sees a Ketra and Josh.ai hotel room demo, the other hears a technical presentation
by Lutron Sales Associate Mark Gasper

11:40am-11:50am: Groups switch

11:50am-12:35pm: Second groups start

12:35pm-12:45pm: Closing message with Mark Hoffenberg

12:45pm: Head home or stay and play!
